    Handbook Directors and Alternate Directors Administrative Matters

    Abstract
    The Terms of Reference of CAMB (Committee on Administrative Matters Relating to Members of the Board) provide, inter alia, as follows: ensure that a systematic record of all relevant administrative policies and pro-cedures affecting members of the Board is maintained for the benefit and guidance of Directors and their Alternates, and in particular to assist those Directors and their Alternates who are newly appointed. This Handbook was prepared under the guidance of CAMB. Its purpose is to assem-ble in convenient form all the relevant portions of the Bank’s Charter and By-Laws and ex-tracts from Board papers and Administrative and other circulars which are related to the ser-vice of Directors and Alternate Directors.
