Updated yearly, this ADB Fact Sheet provides information on United Kingdom's contributions to ADB in terms of capital subscription and funding, the country’s delegates to ADB, and the involvement of companies and consultants from the United Kingdom in ADB projects. The United Kingdom is the 14th largest shareholder. It has contributed $1.12 billion in capital subscription and $895.3 million to special funds since joining in 1966. Companies and consultants from the United Kingdom have been awarded $1.74 billion in procurement contracts (based on nationality of contractor) on ADB-financed projects since 1967.
