Abstract

Updated yearly, this ADB Fact Sheet provides social and economic indicators on Tonga as well as concise information on ADB's operations in the country and contact information. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has partnered with the Government of Tonga since 1972. ADB’s Pacific Approach, 2010–2014, which also serves as the country partnership strategy (CPS) for Tonga, was prepared in coordination with development partners, civil society organizations, and the private sector to strengthen the effectiveness, quality, and sustainability of support provided.
