Annual Accomplishment Report on the Implementation of the Second Governance and Anticorruption Action Plan (GACAP II)

Abstract
This accomplishment report summarizes progress made by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in 2013 to implement the Second Governance and Anticorruption Action Plan (GACAP II).1 The report provides an overall assessment of progress; accomplishments against the four key result areas (KRAs) of the GACAP II results framework; and the outlook and future focus of GACAP II implementation. The report is prepared by the Regional and Sustainable Development Department (RSDD), which has overall responsibility for coordinating and monitoring ADB’s governance-related activities.
