Abstract
The Fourth Semi-Annual Progress Update (the Update) reports on the activities under the Cooperation Fund in Support of the Formulation and Implementation of National Poverty Reduction Strategies (NPRS) covering the period from 1 July to 31 December 2003. The Update includes the key progress made and lessons learned during the reporting period. It also includes quarterly financial reports as of 30 November 2003.
