Abstract
In accordance with Article 39 of the Articles of Agreement of the Asian Development Bank and Section 13 of its By-Laws, this Annual Report is submitted to the Board of Governors, including a separate report on the activities of the Special Funds of the Bank, which has been prepared under the direction of the Board of Directors. This Annual Report also includes the financial statements prescribed in the By-Laws.
