Abstract
This assessment was conducted at the request of the People's Republic of China's Ministry of Finance to (i) review the performance of People's Republic of China Poverty Reduction and Regional Cooperation Fund (PRC Fund) over its entire operational period under Phase I and (ii) make recommendations for the future operation and management of PRC Fund, which will be replenished with an additional $20 million in Phase II as announced by the PRC Government.
