Rijal, Pramod

Biography

Pramod Rijal from Nepal holds a Master of Economics. Before joining IIDS, he was a Research Associate at the Samriddhi Foundation where he co-authored a book on hydropower and papers on foreign direct investment, anticompetitive practices, transmission system, and trade. He has also been associated with the United States Institute of Peace and National Economic Concern Society. He enjoys teaching economics and writing on energy issues. He has contributed as an expert to the Nepal Economic Summit.
