Abstract
ADB established its program, Water Operators Partnerships in Asia and the Pacific, to share knowledge and build the capacity of water utilities.
This is a case study of utility twinning under the Water Operators Partnerships Program, ADB's knowledge sharing initiative, involving Maynilad, an experienced mentor utility from the Philippines and a recipient utility, Khulna WASA of Bangladesh.
