Protecting Vulnerable Women and Children in Nepal

Abstract
This brief explores the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) Grant Assistance to Nepal for the Establishing Women and Children Service Centers Project, which is linked to the Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women Project. The goal of the grant project is to reduce vulnerability of women and children in five rural districts of Bara, Dhanusha, Doti, Jumla, and Rautahat where a high rate of crimes against women and children, including human trafficking, exists.
