Handbook for Borrowers on the Financial Governance and Management of Investment Projects Financed by the Asian Development Bank
Asian Development Bank | June 2003
The purpose of ADB’s Anticorruption Policy is to reduce the burden corruption exacts from the governments and economies of the region. The policy has three objectives: (i) support competitive markets and effective public administration; (ii) support explicit anticorruption efforts; and (iii) ensure ADB-financed projects and its staff adhere to the highest ethical standards.
