    Asian Development Bank and Sweden: Fact Sheet

    Abstract
    Updated yearly, this ADB Fact Sheet provides social and economic indicators on Sweden as well as concise information on ADB's operations in the country and contact information. Sweden is the 30th largest shareholder and has contributed $186.36 million in capital subscription as of 1 April 2009. As of 31 December 2010, it has contributed and committed $394.48 million to special funds since joining in 1966. Swedish companies and consultants have been awarded $303.41 million in procurement contracts (based on nationality of contractor) on ADB-financed projects since 1967.
