Abstract
Updated yearly, this ADB Fact Sheet provides social and economic indicators on Indonesia as well as concise information on ADB's operations in the country and contact information. Indonesia is a founding member of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). ADB has been a long-standing partner in supporting Indonesia’s sustainable development, working with the Government of Indonesia and development partners in the areas of infrastructure, education, public sector management, and policy reform. Partnerships with civil society organizations, and recently with major Indonesian universities, support knowledge exchange. ADB is enhancing its collaboration with the private sector through its private sector operations and support for public–private partnerships.
