Abstract
Updated yearly, this ADB Fact Sheet provides social and economic indicators on Fiji as well as concise information on ADB's operations in the country and contact information.The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has partnered with the Government of Fiji since 1970, but most operations remain on hold following the coup in 2006. ADB maintains a permanent dialogue with key development partners on country operations, has a strong track record of cooperative programming in Fiji, and will continue to seek opportunities to support poverty reduction and development. ADB cooperates with both the private sector and civil society organizations in the implementation of regional operations involving Fiji.
