Barreto, Ruben; Novion, Cesar Cordova; Gutan, Igor | December 2015
Abstract
The key objective in implementing a regulatory impact analysis system in Tajikistan should be to reduce unnecessary costs and risks on businesses arising from low quality normative acts and regulatory changes. This can be done through systematic assessment and quality control of new regulatory proposals on the costs of doing business, trade competitiveness, and investment attractiveness.
