Education Sector Analytical and Capacity Development Partnership (ACDP) | March 2013
Abstract
One of the objectives of this study was to develop instruments and processes for collecting data about principal and supervisor competency that could be used by districts, provinces, and national education authorities to collect similar data from a wider sample.
This is in line with the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Strategic Plan 2010-2014 to ensure improved quality in the implementation of school education programs in Indonesia.
