Developing e-Health Capabilities in Bhutan

Abstract
Information and communication technology facilitates the efficient delivery of health-care services to rural communities. This issue describes how a partnership among ADB, the Government of Bhutan, and Hewlett-Packard used technology to improve delivery of health care services to rural people living in remote locations.
