Abstract
The Annual Progress Report (the Report) on the Australia-ADB South Asia Development Partnership Facility (the Facility) covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2010.1 TA REG 6337: Development Partnership Program for South Asia (DPPSA) implements the objectives of the Facility and is the only program through which subprojects are funded. The Report summarizes the Facility’s and DPPSA’s overall implementation progress and achievements. This Report includes the 2010 Quality at Implementation (QAI) Report (Appendix 1), a knowledge-sharing tool prepared by ADB as requested by AusAID. The QAI Report is for AusAID’s consideration and the reporting format is applied only for the whole program and not for individual subprojects.
