ADB's Response to the Global Economic Crisis: An Update (August 2009)

Abstract
This paper provides an update to the Board information paper circulated in January 20091 and the paper released in May 2009 on the Asian Development Bank (ADB) response to the present global economic crisis. A brief overview of the economic outlook for the rest of 2009 and 2010 and how the countries are responding to the crisis are also provided.
