Asian Development Bank | February 2008
Abstract
The purpose of the Guidelines for Conversion of Loan Terms for ADB LIBORBased Loans (LBLs) (the Conversion Guidelines) is to set out the procedures for requesting, accepting and effecting conversions as specified in Loan Agreements for LBLs (each a Loan Agreement) between Asian Development Bank (ADB) and a Borrower. The Conversion Guidelines are referred to in the Loan Agreement and in the Loan Regulations Applicable to LIBOR-based Loans Made from ADB’s Ordinary Capital Resources dated 1 July 2001 as modified from time to time (the Loan Regulations). Wherever necessary, the relevant loan conversion provisions in the Loan Agreement and Loan Regulations are indicated in these Conversion Guidelines.
