The Compliance Review Panel (CRP) is an independent body appointed by the ADB Board of Directors upon the recommendation of the President. It consists of three persons: one full-time chair and two part-time members. Two CRP members are from ADB regional countries, with at least one from a developing member country (DMC). The third member is from a non-regional country. Each CRP member has a 5-year, non-renewable term. After serving on the CRP, members are barred from employment at ADB. A CRP member may be removed from office for cause only by a majority decision of the ADB Board.
