dc.description.abstractIn 2009, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) conducted its third and most comprehensive annual internal survey on aid effectiveness.1 This survey report assesses ADB’s progress on its commitments on aid effectiveness as expressed in the 2005 Paris Declaration and 2008 Accra Agenda for Action (AAA), as well as other evolving issues in the international aid architecture. The report also identifies constraints and proposes ways for ADB and its developing member countries (DMCs) to improve.
