Annual Report on the Implementation of the Public Communications Policy in 2013

Abstract

This is the second annual report assessing the progress of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in implementing its Public Communications Policy (PCP) 2011, covering the period from 1 January to 31 December 2013. The PCP 2011 continues to drive ADB’s efforts to be a more transparent and open development institution. The PCP 2011 complements other transparency and accountability initiatives of ADB, such as the Accountability Mechanism Policy, the Corporate Results Framework, and commitments under the International Aid Transparency Initiative and AidFlows.
