The Twelfth Meeting of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Working Group on Human Resource Development (WGHRD) was held in Bangkok, Thailand on 31 October-1 November 2013, with the theme “Implementing the GMS Human Resource Development (HRD) Strategic Framework and Action Plan (SFAP) 2013-2017: Way Forward.”
