Abstract
This annual report is a financial profile of The Asian Development Bank. The Asian Development Bank is a strongly capitalized, multilateral development bank, dedicated to reducing poverty in the Asia and Pacific region through pro-poor, sustainable economic growth, inclusive social development, and good governance. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was established in 1966 under the Agreement Establishing the Asian Development Bank (Charter), which is binding upon the member countries that are its shareholders.
