Annual Report of the Cooperation Fund in Support of the Formulation and Implementation of National Poverty Reduction Strategies: January-December 2004

Abstract
This Third Annual Report on the Cooperation Fund in Support of the Formulation and Implementation of National Poverty Reduction Strategies (NPRS) covers the period from 1 January to 31 December 2004. The Report summarizes the overall achievements of the NPRS Fund in portfolio development and management and the proposed work program for 2004. The Report was prepared by the Regional and Sustainable Development Department (RSDD) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in collaboration with the Office of Cofinancing Operations (OCO). It complies with the reporting requirements stipulated in the NPRS Fund Board Paper and the Channel Financing Arrangement (CFA).1 The Report builds on the Second Annual Report (January–December 2003) and other relevant reports that have been submitted to the Government of the Netherlands. The next annual report will be submitted in early 2006.
