Abstract
This brief explores the Asian Development Bank's (ADB) Pension Reform Program in Kazakhstan, designed to complement the Government's efforts in reforming the country's pension system, particularly the system's transition from pay-as-you-go to a fully funded, defined-contribution pension system.
