Recommendations for Dealing with the Transition from Disaster Response to Recovery

Abstract
This note is directed to sound practices pertaining to the transition from disaster response to recovery, and offers suggestions on areas to pursue when an ADB Member Country moves from the rescue and relief phase to the recovery phase in the aftermath of disaster.
