Abstract
This brief explores the Asian Development Bank's technical assistance grant for Strengthened Gender Impacts of Social Protection, linked to the Social Protection Support Project (SPSP) which assists the Government of the Philippines in implementing and expanding its social protection program, Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (or 4Ps).
