Quality Implementation on Urban Health Care Services in India1

Khetrapal, Sonalini; Bhatia, Rajesh | July 2020
    Abstract
Despite huge investments, health services remain far from perfect in developed and developing countries alike. In high-income countries, 7% of hospitalized patients acquire a health care-associated infection. In developing countries, this figure rises to 10%. These infections can be easily avoided through better hygiene and rational infection control practices.
