A strong majority of stakeholders (90%) continue to think ADB is having a good impact on the overall development of the developing countries in the Asia Pacific Region. These very positive views remain relatively unchanged since 2006. However, issues such as bureaucracy, speed, and project execution and monitoring remain key weaknesses for the organization.
