Abstract
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) country operations business plan (COBP), 2019–2021 for the People’s Republic of China (PRC) is consistent with the strategic priorities of: (i) ADB’s country partnership strategy (CPS) for the PRC, 2016–2020 to manage climate change and environment, promote regional cooperation, support inclusive economic growth, foster knowledge cooperation, and support institutional and governance reform; (ii) the government’s Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, 2016–2020 to support more inclusive and environmentally sustainable growth; and (iii) ADB’s Strategy 20302 to select areas where ADB can add most value and promote knowledge cooperation
